About

Sheila Stoltz was raised in Irvington-on-Hudson, New York. She attended The Hackley School and graduated from Phillips Exeter Academy in 1985, Harvard College in 1989, and Harvard Business School in 1994. Sheila’s entire professional career, including seven years at Morgan Stanley in the Real Estate Investment Banking and Asset Management Divisions as well as three years as a research analyst at Cohen & Steers Capital Management, has focused on real estate finance, valuation analysis, and executing real estate transactions. Sheila is currently a top producer at Houlihan Lawrence. She is an active member of The Junior League of Bronxville and a member of The Bronxville Field Club and Saint Andrews Golf Club located in Hastings-on-Hudson. Sheila is an accomplished golfer and squash player. Sheila lives in Bronxville with her husband Murray and their three small children McKenna, Conner, and Molly
